NMC directed all state medical councils to allocate internship (CRMI) slots for Foreign Medical Graduates.

• A detailed state-wise seat matrix has been provided for CRMI allocation.

• Online MBBS study must be compensated with mandatory offline/onsite training.
• The total course duration cannot be reduced below NMC prescribed minimum.
• Mandatory internship completion is required before practicing in India.
• FMGE/NEXT qualification is compulsory for all Foreign Medical Graduates.
• Students must verify that their foreign university is listed in the World Directory of Medical Schools.
